Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Due to the size of our gazebos and playsets, freight delivery usually takes 7-14 business days depending on your location.

Yes, Backyard Discovery offers a limited warranty on all products. Typically, this includes a 1-year warranty on all manufacturer defects and an extended 5-year pro-rated warranty on wood rot and decay.
Is professional assembly available for purchase?
We have partnered with GoConfigure to provide professional installation services. You can select the assembly option at checkout or contact our support team to schedule a technician after your delivery arrives.
What kind of maintenance is required for the cedar wood structures?
To maintain the beauty and integrity of the wood, we recommend applying a water-based sealant or stain annually. This helps protect against weathering, UV rays, and moisture.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original packaging and unassembled. Please note that return shipping fees for large freight items are the responsibility of the customer.
