At Backyard Discovery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor living purchase. If your product isn't the perfect fit for your home, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus return shipping and restocking fees.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via phone or our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt.
Prepare the Package
Ensure all items are unassembled and packed in their original manufacturer crates or boxes, including all hardware, manuals, and protective internal packaging.
Schedule Freight Pickup
Because our products are oversized, we will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to pick up the return from your curbside at a scheduled time.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items to confirm they are in new condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
